Last time, Mewthree and his friends Lewis, Mew, and Bridget were on their way to Vermilion city!  It had been a week and a half of travel, and still no further were they to Vermilion.  Bridget caught a Caterpie, and Mewthree caught a Lickitung.  Now we join our heroes for some great news...
    “We made it!” Mewthree shouts with joy.  Mewthree, Lewis, Bridget, and Mew looked at the Vermilion city sign.  For two weeks they were in the forest, nowhere nearer to Vermilion City.  They’ve finally arrived!  Everyone jumps in happiness.  “I am going to take a nice shower!  It’s been two weeks since I’ve had a nice shower!” Bridget shouts.  “I’m going to go find the Pokémon center and get us something to eat!” Lewis shouts.  “Mew and I are gonna take showers, eat, then find the Vermilion city gym and get another badge!” Mewthree shouts.  Mew floats over and says, “You take shower, I’ll eat.”
    It took them three hours to do all three of those things.  Mewthree, Lewis, Bridget, and Mew stood in front of the Vermilion gym.  “It’s time.” Mewthree says.  The three enter the gym and immediately see Lt. Serge.  “So, another baby here for me to cream?” Serge asks.  “Wanna find out, Serge?” Mewthree asks.  “Ha!  All you have is that wimpy stuffed animal down there!” Serge says, pointing to Mew.  He had obviously never heard of Mew.  Mew was getting VERY pissed off now.  “How about a one on one?  My Mew vs. whatever you got?” Mewthree asked.  “Agreed.” Serge replies.
    Lt. Serge and Mewthree stood 10 yards from each other.  “The gym leader, Lt. Serge, using a Raichu.  The challenger: Mewthree, using a Mew.  No time limit.  Let the battle begin!” the announcer shouts.  “Raichu!  Take out that stuffed toy!  Use thunderbolt!” Lt. Serge commands.  Mewthree merely smiled as the thunderbolt hit Mew.  Mew looked fried, but Mewthree shouted, “Mew!  Recover!”  Mew’s HP recovers and is at full health.  Serge got worried.  A Psychic type?  He was doomed.  “Mew!  Now give it Mega punch!” Mewthree shouts.  Mew punched Raichu and Raichu was knocked down.  Raichu got back up and Serge commanded for a Thunder.  Mew was severely wounded. Mew got back and started waving its fingers back and forth.  Mewthree knew what Mew was doing.  “Now Raichu, get close enough for a body slam!” Serge commanded.
    Mew just kept waving its little fingers back and forth, and back and forth, and back and forth...  Raichu jumped up to body slam Mew, and then Mew stopped waving its fingers, pointing them towards the air.  Energy came around Mew’s arms and now a bright flash enters the gym.  Scene switch: Outside the Vermilion gym, light comes out of the gym, and then and the gym explodes!
    Mewthree shakes hands with Lt. Serge.  “I was wrong.  Should’ve known that little pipsqueak Pokémon was powerful.  Here is the thunder badge.” Serge says, handing over the badge.
    “You what???” Mewthree shouts at Lewis and Bridget.  “We both already have all the badges.  What’s the big deal?” Lewis asks.  “The big deal???  You could’ve told me!  Do you have any spare badges?” Mewthree asks.  “Yes, but not the earth badge or volcano badge.” Lewis says, handing over the Marsh, Rainbow, and Soul badge.  “Next stop is Cinnabar Islands then!” Mewthree shouts.  “We’ll take the St. Anne II!  It’s just been built!” Bridget says. “Great!  To the St. Anne we go!” Mewthree shouts.
